Welcome to Vietnam, I’m afraid. My perception of boats changed ever since I visited my family back in ‘12.
Then again, there was a bloke with a half-sunk boat with a brand new Honda outboard (The 2xx J35 unit) here in Tacoma. How low was it? Two of the 6 cylinders had to be below surface with only him on it.
